If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase and to each subsequent renewal payment.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, please visit paddle.net or contact our support team and we will help arrange it for you. You can also manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your subscription will end and access to The Family Lantern's paid features will be removed. If you simply cancel without requesting a refund, you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
